Im not sure if this is correct but isn't Sakura only 14 in the previous SF games and in SFIV she is 17?

Within the tekken world, each game since tekken 4 has only been 1 year apart.  Why can't they do that in SF as well?  :)

For the obvious reason.

Alpha/Zero takes place about 5 years before SFII does. Hence why Nash/Charlies is still alive and Guile and him are still war buddies. SF IV is supposed to take place 3 or so years after SFII.
