Not getting conformation e-mail saying I payed

Hi, I sent in the money to pre-reg around October 10th and have yet to receive an e-mail saying it's been payed for. I feel I've waited a fairly good amount of time and am about to start worrying pretty badly because I have yet to be sent any confirmation e-mails. I did like others said and sent in my money with the payment page. My payment status has also not changed...so should I start worrying about now?
