Ugh. There always seems to be 2 or more gatherings on Saturday that cause me to miss them because I'm cosplaying for another group that day. :[ I wish Saturday wasn't so popular...

*LOL :) Thank you... I must have done a cut copy paste and now I have to back track all over to fix a simple spelling mistake. It's ok though because it would irritate me if I didn't notice it and it ended up on the final list.

Checkout for most hotels is at 12:00 on Monday, so the 10:30 gathering gives everyone a full hour for the gathering then a half hour before checkout. At the very least, I know myself and the gathering organizer will be there.

I have not received a pm from the organizer (s) with the information required. There is a post here in the thread that is vague as to the Hilton Hotel... don't know where at in the Hilton Hotel. They need to read the 3rd post in this thread and be specific as to where at:

Hilton Entrance, Hilton Lobby, Hilton 2nd Floor to Con Entrance etc.

The requirements are the same for everyone to submit.
Please let them know if you are in that gathering.
