Registration confusion

Why were old accounts deleted from last year, and If I sent in my registration as part of a group LAST OCTOBER, but for some reason my account didn't exist, will I still have my registration.

And furthermore WHY IS THERE NOT CONTACT US EMAIL LINK ON THE MAIN PAGE(nice customer service strategies)
