When Does Online Reg Start

I ask this every bloody year, I WOULD pre-reg on the monday (or is it sunday?) Either way I would pre register for the next year then, but I never have any money lolol ;D. Any how when does pre reg start on the Fanime site?

As many repeat threads go, this question is always answered already. Somewhere late in the Fall, like late August to mid-September.
