Lolita Fashion Show and Panel *Seeking models*

Hi everyone! My name is Mandie and I am one of the hosts for this year's lolita fashion show and panel. Our panel is scheduled for Sunday, May 29th at 6pm.

For those of you interested in lolita fashion, this is a panel discussing and introducing the fashion and it's sub-styles. After the presentation we will then have a fashion show exhibiting some of the various sub-styles of the fashion. If there are particular aspects of lolita fashion you would like to learn more about please comment here. All your suggestions and comments are much appreciated.

Model Search *CLOSED*
We are currently seeking models for the fashion show portion of our panel. Models will wear their own lolita coordinates and be doing their own hair and make-up. If you need assistance with this I am happy to help prior to our panel just let me know. ^^ If you, or someone you know would be interested in modeling for the show please send an email to geekyglamorous [at] gmail.com with "Fanime lolita fashion show" in the subject line. Please include a photo of yourself in lolita fashion and mention which style of lolita you would like to represent (ideally in the style you'd like to wear for the show). If you rock more than one style please mention that as well since we don't want 10 sweet lolitas and 1 gothic etc. All models need to be Fanime badge holders and 18 or older.

• Wa/Qi Lolita
• Guro Lolita

As much as we'd love to include all model applicants please understand we have to consider the needs of the panel and need to represent as many substyles of lolita as we can. We hope to hear from you! Thank you!

Our model search is now closed. Thank you everyone who submitted applications. If you are interested in being a back-up model in case one of our models can't make it please feel free to submit an application. This does not guarantee placement in the show. You must be available Sunday, May 29th from 5pm - 8pm.

Just an update that this panel is now occurring Sunday, May 29th at 6pm. We are still seeking models. Please read the first post on model requirements and the application process. Thank you very much. ^^

The original post has been edited to reflect the styles we are still seeking more models for. If the style is crossed off we no longer need models for these styles. Please, if you are intending to apply do so THIS WEEK. We need to finalize our model line-up and make arrangements for the panel. Thank you! ^^
