They will both probably be Friday and I will try to make sure that the times don't conflict.

What's the possibility of having a second meeting on a Saturday or Sunday?

Since another shoot is interfering, I'm afraid I must bail out as Sonic for Friday... that's why I'm hoping (as well as my Little Mac of a boyfriend) there may be a second shoot on another day

I assume after looking at the cosplay.com thread that you are referring to the Fight Game gathering and Capcom vs. SNK. You might want to ask CountMetal if they are sure that the Capcom vs. SNK gathering has been approved, I still don't see it on the official gathering list. Unfortunately I would not be able to make Saturday or Sunday and I wouldn't feel comfortable changing the time this close to con. and I think 2pm is probably the earliest I'd go on Friday anyway because I want people to have time to get their badges (though I'm picking mine up Thursday). And that still wouldn't allow you much time for a costume change. And I wouldn't go any later because then it would be interfering with other gatherings (Fight Game and Cosplay Battle) which might interest people attending this gathering. And I have other event obligations in the evening. I stepped in to run this gathering for 2014 and it was a really positive experience for me and lots of fun! Unfortunately, I wanted to give ya'll a heads up that I will not be able to run it for 2015. I have a wedding to attend in Ohio over memorial day weekend :(

I would suggest trying to contact Nemuren to find out as they have run it in previous years. As I mentioned, I cannot and I also mentioned that to Nemuren in a PM but I have not gotten a definitive yay or nay as to whether they will be picking it up again. Although they have already stated that they will be running the Legend of Zelda gather for 2015 as per usual... so there is a possibility that this is currently an orphaned gathering.
