Panel and FanEvent proposals?

Hello,
We are very interested in submitting a few panel and FanEvent ideas for this coming Fanime. So far there hasn't been any information posted regarding the submission dates or any information regarding panels posted to any of Fanime official social media. When will this information be available to potential panelists? We are use to submitting proposals several months in advance so that we know if we've been accepted at least a month or more before the date. A lot of our panels and events have a large amounts of work involved for the panelists and set-up to run smoothly. Thank you for any information! Look forward to this year's convention!
