Artist Alley's application site is going live soon!

Starting noon on Wednesday, March 26th, Fanime will be accepting applications for Artist Alley.

The deadline for completing submissions will be noon on March 28th.

There will be a link posted on the Artist Alley Info page of Fanime.com that will lead to the application site.

Thank you all for your patience and understanding as we go through this process.

From the Fanime.com info page on AA:
"Deadline for completing the post-approval registration, including verification of FanimeCon membership, Seller's Permit, and table payment, is Noon on April 25th."

This seems to be cutting it a little close considering that April 25th is the last day to cancel hotel reservations without getting charged a penalty. This means that if someone can't complete the registration in time and AA needs to select someone from the wait list, they have between noon and midnight to send an email, hope that the artist sees it in the next 12 hours, and hasn't already canceled their reservation. For any out of town artists this would be a BIG problem. Or is April 25th the cut off for wait list Artists too (so no changes to AA after the 25th)?

(pretty sure they said on FB that they would pull from the wait list after the 25th deadline but I can't check that atm)
