Welcome to Night Vale gathering 2015!

Hello everyone!

So with the ever popular Welcome to Night Vale podcast repeatedly topping charts and selling out venues, there's no doubt that it's a pretty well known podcast series - add onto that the countless number of character interpretations, and we have the makings for a gathering!

Day: Friday
Time: 2PM
Location: G2 - Tiered platform (1st floor lobby by east stairs)

While still tentative, photography order shall be as the following:

Night Vale:

• Cecil Palmer
• Carlos the Scientist
• Night Vale citizens (including but not limited to: Steve Carlsberg, the Scouts, the Interns, Hooded Figures, Erika, etc.)

Desert Bluffs:

• Kevin
• Strexcorp Employees (Lauren Mallard, Daniel, etc.)
• Desert Bluffs citizens

Fan made characters (OCs, DB!characters, etc.)
Couples
Misc./Requests

***NOTE*** While we have no say in who or who may not attend our gathering, please keep in mind that the Welcome to Night Vale creators, Joesph Fink and Jeffrey Cranor, have asked the fandom that there be NO interpretations of the Apache Tracker, which includes cosplay! Please respect the wishes of the creators when thinking of your cosplay. Thank you!

ATTENTION: Fanime will be taking group pictures during the Gathering/Event this year. If you do not want to be included in those pictures please step aside for those photos. By remaining with the group when the pictures are being taken you give your consent to be photographed.
