Sorry to bother you all with this but...

I havent recieved any email or anything to bring to the line with me for my badge.  I sent emails to 2 of the adresses in the "contact us" section but I thought i might post here and hope for the best.

I purchased my ticket on the final day of last years convention. I was able to isolate the transaction in my bank account so i know im not just delirious.  If I cant get any answers, I guess ill just go stand in line anyway with my ID and when i get to the front, welll.... i guess it will be a bit of a hold up. :/ wanting to avoid this.  Hoping you all can help.

Did you email registration[at]fanime.com? Those are the people you need to get in touch with. You should have gotten an email a while ago with information on your account, so it's good to get this squared away before going to the con. I don't know if reg staff/volunteers will know what to do with your case at con (maybe they do...).

Yes that is one of the two that i contacted. the other was general inquiries.

if you go to r.fanime.com you should be able to regenerate the email
