Kingdom Hearts gathering will be merging with the Disney Extended Family Gathering

Both gatherings are hosted by myself (Rhoswen) and will be merging due to the low turnout in 2016.
I'll be giving up the slab for another gathering to use as Fanime continues to grow the gatherings department every year and seems fitting to do so.
This means that within the Disney Extended Family gathering, I will be setting aside about 5 mins
(maybe 10 if a large number attend) for KH cosplayers to have a mini gathering/photo sets.

Legal Statement-Fanime will be taking group pictures during the Gathering/Event this year.
If you do not want to be included in those pictures please step aside for those photos.
By remaining with the group when the pictures are being taken you give your consent to be photographed.

Hello Everyone, I'm Rhoswen and I will be hosting/organizing next years Kingdom Hearts Gathering since our good friend, maikiritori (who's ran it in the past) Isn't able to make it.  :'(

I hope that this years upcoming turnout will be bigger than last year. :D

I'll be bringing Vanitas with me.  It'll be my first time attending Fanime so I'm pretty excited.

Do you have a rough estimate for when you'll know the day/time for this? No worries if you don't.

EDIT: Provided I can make it to the gathering I will have a costume repair kit with me so if anyone rips a seem etc. look for the Demyx in extremely thick platform boots. I'll be glad to lend a hand!

I have submitted the form and waiting for a response.
It will hopefully be on Sunday as usual and anywhere from 10am-2pm where they may fit us.
I can't wait to meet you and get repaired as I always "seam" to fall apart.
