Artist Alley applications coming soon! 11/6 - 11/13

FanimeCon's Artist Alley will be accepting applications for the 2016 convention from 12:01PM Friday, November 6th, 2015 through 12:01PM Friday, November 13th, 2015 Pacific Time.

Please note:

• All applicants will need to be over 18 years of age at the start of the convention - May 27th, 2016.
• Artists wanting to share a table at the convention need to apply together.
• Applications will be reviewed and approved through a jury system, and will need to have 3-5 links for sample images of what they intend to offer at the convention.
• Pixel art reproduced with fusible beads, such as Perler beads, will not be allowed unless they are original work and not a gamesprite.
• Table displays will be limited to a maximum of six feet above the top of the table, and may not extend into the aisle-ways.
• There will not be a place to put down information for helpers on the initial application.

I read through the aa post on the Fanime website.
I have a quick question regarding excepting artists at the convention.
Does this mean, if by a slight chance, an artist is not able to make the show (last minute let's say) The space will be left empty?
