Con friend finding app

I met a girl who came to fanime all by herself and was interested in meeting people at the con she could hang out with but didnt know where to start or how to do that. It woud be totally cool if you guys could develop an app that would match congoers up based on similar interests/ preferences. Completely voluntary, of course. Each person could make a profile and browse through other peoples' profiles to see if they would be interested in being con buddies for the weekend!

There are lots of apps available finding people with similar interests.

I highly doubt Fanime would ever make such an app for a few reasons:

1. Liability
2. Duplication of existing apps
3. Liability
