Anime Church at Fanime
« on: February 11, 2017, 03:21:41 PM »

Not sure whether this fits under Live Programming/Events or Panels/Workshops...
but I want to organize an "anime church" where con-people can gather, sing hymns, pray, share, and reflect.
It'll be a way for people to rest, meditate, and take a break from the rush of cons.

This would happen on that Sunday of Fanime.

Does anyone know how I'd go about securing a room for this? And an entry in the con program list?
(Also let me know if you're interested!)

Pretty sure that's a Christian church and has little to do with anime.

This sounds more like a Fan Event. You can find the details on Fan Events here:

I'm just imagining stain glass windows with Madoka.

Thank you! I was really confused about which category this idea would fall under.
