Question about Props?

I hope this is the right place to post this...
I'm planning on bringing a pistol prop that isnt too realistic (Mercy from Overwatch's original skin pistol)
I know the policy was a 2 inch orange piece on the gun, but now says

Firearm style props must have the muzzle, trigger guard, pistol grip, magazine/clip, and stock with a two centimeter stripe of the same safety color. This stripe must go all the way around the part listed and be non-removable. They cannot have any functional parts, and must not be usable.

Can anyone clarify what this means, or direct me to someone I can ask? The prop is 3D printed plastic with no moving parts, if that makes any difference.
