Question regarding rocket launcher prop and firearm rules

Hello all,

I'm planning on bringing a prop launcher (pictured below) and I'm assuming it's subject to the same main rules as any other gun/firearm type weapons:

"Firearm style props must have the muzzle, trigger guard, pistol grip, magazine/clip, and stock with a two centimeter stripe of the same safety color. This stripe must go all the way around the part listed and be non-removable. They cannot have any functional parts, and must not be usable."

While it doesn't quite have a stock or magazine like a more conventional firearm I figured it's close enough, but just want to be sure before I paint a bunch of orange stripes all over it.
