Prop/Peacebonding policy question

Hi! I was unsure about the meaning of the weapon/prop policy.  I'm planning on being there in a Star Wars costume and I wasn't sure about what I'd need to do to make my blaster (3D printed, non functioning) con safe.  The policy reads:

Firearm style props must have the muzzle, trigger guard, pistol grip, magazine/clip, and stock with a two centimeter stripe of the same safety color. This stripe must go all the way around the part listed and be non-removable. They cannot have any functional parts, and must not be usable.

Does this mean that the prop needs to be marked with a 2cm stripe of bright orange/red/other color on ALL the listed parts or does it only need it to be on one (i.e. the muzzle OR the grip OR the stock)?  I'm having trouble parsing it and was hoping someone could help me out.
