Decisions decisions

So I'm trying to decide how long I want to stay at Fanime this year.  Last year I only went saturday (well I suppose technically into sunday morning), and was kinda bummed that I didn't go for more days.  However now it's getting very close and I'm trying to decide, do I:
a. Only go for Saturday as I did last year.
b. Go friday afternoon (classes prohibit me from going Friday morning), drink a ton of caffine and stay up all day saturday, then hopefully drive myself home without crashing.
c.  Go for the entire weekend and:
    i.  Go back home for short periods of time and spend a ton on parking
    ii.  Try sleeping in my car (pretty sure that the parking garages wouldn't like that...), dark viewing rooms (certain that con-ops won't like that), and/or hallways (certain that security won't like that either).
    iii.  Try to bum a space in a room from some people at school (don't know them that well and fairly certain the hotel wouldn't be too appreciative).
    iv.  Spend a ton and get my own room (assuming there are rooms left)
d. Say F it, stay home get drunk and watch my own anime.  \:D/

I'm leaning towards c iii but d is also gaining ground.  What do you guys think?

I'd say C, with either option i., iii., or iv.

... but booze is cheaper than hotels, and gas. :D

Haha!  Bring the booze with me and I'm almost guaranteed a room!  :P
Question is do I really want to go back to somebodies place that I met at (for all intensive purposes) a porno theatre?  :shock:

Um anyone know how long you can leave your car parked in the parking structures?  Is there a 24 hour limit for the non hotel parking garage?

Let's see...
* As a cheapskate who likes to not crash, one day is safest. Plan your day somewhat.
* Ruin your sleepcycle and arrive and leave the con during daylight.
* I thought parking was free on weekends?
* San Jose's safe, but you won't want to be sleeping and hear a "TAP TAP" on your window by a group of not-so-friendly strangers.
* Any cheaper hotels between SJ and Santa Cruz?

You know what F it, I'm just going to get my own room.  Hope some of those $99 rooms are still available...

Oof this brings the spending up to: $99 + tax for a room, $55 for weekend pass, + at least $100 for food, + however much I spend at the dealers room.  Looks like I'm going to be dropping at least $300 to $400 on this weekend. :(
