Would anyone be able to make a hat? (right forum?)

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but I really need someone to help me out. A friend of mine and I were planning on going on Saturday as Reverse Femme Mario Twins, but... She doesn't have a hat. And the one I ordered off of ebay is, well, a piece of crap. I would appreciate it A LOT if there's someone out there who would be able to make a Mario and Luigi hat for me and my friend (I'll pay you for it!)
But the bell just rang here at school and I won't be able to post for a little bit.
