Well you could practice outside for one, as well as before Fanime for another. You can also try the dealer's room area over by the foot court, that's got a lot of room. Just get creative.

oops i guess i worded it wrong i ment hotel room hehe. i have 15 people and i need to find a way not to rent a million rooms XD i just don't know what others do when it come to that part

Well technically it's supposed to be 4 people for every 2 bedrooms. You could probably squeeze in an extra two people as long as you're quiet and careful about it....
