Anyone else tried their hands at a garage kit?
« on: October 25, 2007, 10:00:50 AM »

Well, I just bought this cause I'm a big Gunslinger Girl fan

So yeah, gonna try and tackle this thing without making her look like something else... -__-;

I guess I'll update sometime on the progress.

Have you finished a kit before? I've done some modelling, and started on basic star wars kits. I'm afraid of touching some of my jap kits because my painting isn't awesome yet. E2046.com has some GREAT inspiration for paint jobs.

I've been buying PVCs and gashapons but not resins. I sounds like a fun project, but I guess I need some work.

projects like these are pretty simple but the key point is to be verry carefull when putting a piece on. if you mess up it kinda kills the whole thing. aha. i have killed many...
