But seriously...I am going to visit online stuff while eating dinner tonight after work, and then SEW!
If I am good and get enough done for the night, I'll visit again before bed.
(And watching dvd stuff is banned for tonight, that's for sure. Bleach episodes = not enough work done <coughs>.)

We used the Europian style small cup so it was soooooo sweet and it was almost harmful!! So we couldn't finish it. But if you use larger cup then it will be drinkable, I hope...

We also tried to make the tea cup look like the anime Milk Tea.
it took much more than 13 cubes to make the cup look like that.

haha XD never realized that both series do have black and white costumes. my fabric box is already full of black and white fabric from doing shinigami and arrancar costumes, now i get to add Trinity Blood to the mix lol.

I might try for the 13-sugar tea at Anime Expo...so by the time we get to Fanime next year, I'm over the shock of it when we do it.

And yes, Yukari, black and white! Shinigami and AX...(or usually silver with artbook or manga versions). It'll be nice if you can use some of your leftovers for Tres, for sure!
And along that line, something to laugh about:
I'm getting some amusing comments on the cosplay AX forums about the fact some of them have this new "theory" where they think Ukitake and Abel might be the same after I commented how I could not possibly be at both gatherings with only a half hour between them, impossible to switch costumes. That I'd end up with this horrible mixed up mess...silly people!!! 
Just so long as Abel can get a cookie from Captain Unohana with her Squad 4 Cookies from the Bleach gathering before running off to the Trinity Blood one, all will be right with the world!

Forgive me, for I have "sinned"!
I was letting Fanime pic webpages load in the background while I ripped out the stitches on part of my silver trim on the collar to redo it yet again! But THIS time, the third time shall work!
And noooo, I am not muttering bad things about Her Eminence and the AX uniforms and things about Collars of Doom, oh nooo!
It's all my poor skills at getting the pointed curve part right, or it won't support the arrows....

Woo finally found her XD Monica Argento. If I do decide to cosplay as her I'll probably construct the outfit to be more conservative on the top area, it's basically like Matsu just with hot pants lol I found three Thores pictures of her but none with a frontal view, anyone know if one exists? I randomly found an awesome picture of Asta with a blue dress, and I'd love to do at least one outfit of hers but they're all super detailed so it'll have to wait until my skill level increases @_@

Yes...well...let's see....
You're right that most of the ones I am finding I have, you don't get a good full view of the front. The tarot card version shows a little more of it. And there's one of her with Tres that has a great view! (Did you PM me your email address? I'll go look at the private messages I have. I could email it to you!)
And there's at least one c.com cosplayer that has done a stunning job on her costume. That might help, too.

But Asthe would be awesome, too!!
I tried to talk my sister into cosplaying her....she's got her attitude all the way....heehee.
There's a simpler version of Asthe's non-Empire outfit you might consider...a THORES piece...she's in Venice. It's a basic black outfit more similar to your Devil May Cry cosplay, actually. 
(and oh how this reminds me that I sooo want to get my hands on a real TB artbook...but there's bootlegs out there to watch out for...grrrr)

As for sewing. I did it!!! So there, Nightroad, please pleeease don't chew me out!!! LOL!
I have conquered the collar of doom!!! Third time was the charm, but ooh how one had to wrangle the trim with the sewing machine part. The handsewing it closed was the easier part!!
All I have left to do is tuck in and sew a couple ends closed and the silver trim is FINISHED on the cape! Pics tomorrow night! I have to call in early to a meeting for work tomorrow, so I should get to bed soon. I've been staying up too late too many nights again....

And Yukari...if I go back and find out YOU started that Abel = Ukitake theory....you are sooo getting it!!!
(But Captain Mom said I could have a cookie as Abel, and she wants to see my costume, so nyaaaaah!  )
