You can always cancel.
However, there is no guarantee that you'll get your new spot if it's filled because you just forfeited your old one.


As for judging whoever gets a spot, I'm judging by the time their PM/post is to be fair. No guarantees.

Or just wait in the lobby every half an hour, I'm pretty sure some people are bound to flake.
