Masquerade Contestants and Winners

I'd like to know where it would be first before the date.
I'm hoping for the Performing Arts Center (2007) across the street instead of the Civic Center (2008)

As of right now, Masquerade will be at the Civic Center. The CPA is currently booked for that weekend in 2009.

Whew. Okay.
As much as I love the comfortable and fancy PAC, the convenience of the Civic Center just cant be beat.

Hello, this is my first time ever wishing to sign-up and preform in the Masquerade, and I'm not to sure the whole process of it all.
Are you suppose to sign up somewhere online or really far in advance, or is it just something you sign up for the day of?
