I was wondering if there is any benefit to registering online for a day pass as opposed to at-con. Is there a different or faster line for people who register online? Does the process go faster if you register online for a day pass? Does the badge look any different?

I also wanted to know, if I want to upgrade a Saturday pass to also go on Sunday, is that just another $50 for Sunday? There is no discount, right? Will a new badge be printed or will the old badge have some indication that the badge was upgraded?

Hi, I wanted some clarification about buying badges on site.

I want to buy a Friday only badge...so it's possible to buy a Friday badge from 12:01am until 6pm that day?

Also, if I want to attend on Sunday and I already have a Friday only badge, can I use the Special Registration line to upgrade?

If you're planning to attend both Friday and Sunday, it's cheaper to buy a weekend badge than it it to individually buy Friday and Sunday badges.

As for the other questions, I'll let the Reg Goddess get those.
I'm actually going to be volunteering, so it will be better for me to volunteer ten hours than volunteer 20 hours to compensate for a full weekend badge. Thank you, though!

Unfortunately, they don't have the Sony Music booth location on the Dealers Hall map online. It's so hard to find these booths when they're not on a map.

MusicFest has been a seated event for the last few years, but people usually end up getting out of their seats or standing on chairs if they are on the ground floor. I have seen people line up as early as the night before, but you should be able to get a good seat if you go 5-6am, the morning of the show. This is only if you want a floor seat. Personally, I enjoy sitting up in the balcony where the view is always good and the experience is enjoyable. You won't get much interaction with the guests, but it's better to go up to the balcony if you don't get a floor seat in the first five rows. Balcony seats are easier to get since most people want a floor seat. I can get a decent balcony seat even if I show up around 7:15p.

Big Event Showcase / Musicfest merchandise 2013

Hello! I was wondering if Musicfest has any artist or event goods this year. I usually see that Jpop House is in charge of goods and that one time MusicFest had their own t-shirt in 2010. Did anyone manage to go to dealers hall and see if Jpop House had anything this year for 7!! or Rookiez is Punk'D?
