I talked to one of the staff about this one:

I personally am finding it much more convenient to pick up the entire group's badges at the same time and then dispurse them when we get together. However, if you would rather have people pick them up one at a time that's fine too. I don't know if you can mix and match either, like if you're going to see 3 people but the rest are going to pick them up themselves.

You can get clarification on that...as far as the picking up thing goes, it could go either way.

Can a staff member please answer this question???

I e-mailed right back when the receipt e-mail went out with almost this exact question but have not gotten any response.

I have a group of 12 people that I pre-registered.

Do I need to have all of them with me with the receipt to get our badges?

Or can the individuals get them on their own without me there?  If so, do they need a copy of the receipt?

If can't, do I get all of the badges and then have to give them to the people whom they belong to?

I also don't understand why people who were part of a group registration even got e-mails saying receipts were online considering they they don't have accounts and can't access the receipts!  -_-;  Caused quite a lot of confusion for my friends.

There are two ways to pick up group registrations.

1) The group leader picks up the all the badges with the printed out receipt and a valid government photo ID. (no need for the group to be present) However, you are responsible for distributing the badges to your group properly.

2) Each individual member in the group can pick up their badges however they will need a copy of the receipt that the group leader will have to provide them with.

Personally, I would go for option one because it saves time for everyone. Hope that helps

Thank you!  ^^  We're not all coming together so I was hoping that everyone could pick them up on their own.  I'll be sending them the PDF file tonight so that they can all print themselves out a copy.  ^^

Just for some clarification...Please make sure that each one of them has a government ID as well.

One of our members doesn't have a driver's license yet.  Can her driver's permit count or can she use her college ID or will I need to pick it up for or with her?

And not that I disagree or anything, it just seems odd that a government ID would be required when there isn't an age requirement/stipulation for registration...so wouldn't photo ID in general (preferred government) be better?

Hm..a driver's permit might work. Bring the college ID along as well. Does she have a passport? A passport would definitely work.

I don't make the shots on what kind of ID to accept so I can't really answer your question. My guess is that a government ID is more formal and less easy to fabricate.
