So this year, I decided to try karaoke for the very first time. Of course, I had to choose a more difficult song to make a fool of myself with. I decided to sing Sono Chi No Sadame. Though it felt like I wasn't that great, people were loving it (I'm sure it was just because of the song). Unfortunately I didn't get someone to record it for me, so I was wondering if anyone happened to have video of karaoke on Sunday night, preferably of my performance of course since I'm curious as to how I did, regardless of what people said. I know there was one person that was recording, but for all I know he just has it for putting on his personal social media or w/e.

Hello everyone! Hope you all had a good time at the con and I saw some amazing cosplay's i couldn't get pictures of because I had low finger dexterity. on that note I was the Iron Man during the Masquerade, and I walked around the suit Friday, Saturday and Sunday, as well as attended the Marvel vs. DC gathering! I would love any shots people got of me! Also I was the creator of the Master Chief suit that was around Friday evening and Saturday all day (had a friend wear it). I would love shots of those too! Thank you!

My husband and I cosplayed as Cortana and Master Chief from the Halo video game series. Also our roommate cosplayed as classic Joker from batman/DC on sunday!

Awesome job. Really liked a Cortana accompanying Master Chief.

I wanted to try and get some contact info from a couple of the artists from AA for other commissions, so I thought I'd create this thread for anyone else who'd want to do the same. There was an artist who was selling a Hobbes doll from Calvin & Hobbes. I was interested in buying it in the near future. There was another artist that made a picture of GLaDoS and a bird which I bought (will post a pic of it later for clarification). I was wondering if said artist had other Portal or other video game pics and maybe browse through an anime pic selection if there was one. If anyone has contact info I can get on either artist, it would be greatly appreciated.

Couldn't say anything about the line since I got in before that started to form, but I will say something about the reason for the line. There were much more people this year and the dance floor was too crowded to do anything. It was basically for bumping into people and stepping on their feet every 10 seconds. The only other (minor) problem was that at some points, the lights were being messed with. Dunno what was going on, but the inconsistent adjustments of the lights bugged me. Thanks though for looking into the room issue at least.

My name is Joshua. I went as Kenshin for the past 6 years but was sadly unable to this year. Most of the time this year I was wearing a Triforce beanie, Twilight Princess design. There were a couple of people I met that I would hope to get in contact with. One would be this girl I met at the Argentine Tango session on Saturday. I believe her name was Thea (not sure of the spelling and I'm bad with names of people I just met), had her dark brown hair tied back each time I saw her. She was an awesome dancer and didn't get a chance to dance/speak with her during the B&W ball and anytime after (respectively). The times I did spot her at the B&W ball, she was wearing a black and white dress. Since I'm bad at descriptions as well, that's as detailed as I can get. :-[ Another would be the Harry Dresden cosplayer I ran into. IIRC, he was part of the staff. I would have liked to talk a lot about the Dresden Files, but I was too shocked to see both a Harry cosplayer and Dresden Files fan irl. He had the black glove for his character's burnt left hand and was asked about Bob the skull.

- Try to get more CRTs for fighting games. A lot of the HDTVs there had an assload of input lag.

OMG yes, I forgot about that. That brought great frustration to me as it threw off my timing for JFs among other things. Sure some of the less hardcore wouldn't care about such a thing, but I would still prefer it.

I watched a few of the matches. The first was the funniest one. Damn easy button, hahaha.

I would like to apologize for you guys having one less Kenshin at the gathering. My hakama needed emergency maintenance but more importantly was the fact that I had no wig for the costume. :-[ Next year I will be prepared. In fact, I should get started on the new wig right now....

I'm honestly surprised that there wasn't any sort of (scheduled) tournament for Soul Calibur 4. There wasn't even a dedicated station for it. :-\ I wanted to see Rock Band as well but found no stations for it, only Guitar Hero. Other than that I'd say that eGaming was alright (tournaments aside since I didn't enter in any).
