Hi, there are a handful of mods out there for SF4 PC, but one in particular is actually being patched and thought out.

You need Street Fighter 4 to be able to play it. Back up your files in case you need to revert back (the uninstaller has an unknown bug). It is playable in GFWL as long as the person you're fighting against has the same version too.
