What is the confusion/issue here? Those cars are all over in Mexico, and someone here may be traveling and wonder about it. OP was just passing on useful information. Is this somehow offensive? Why would it be?
I think this refers to the taxis in Mexico. Since I've noticed most of them are green and white. Although why he didn't include more details in his opening post is beyond me.
I also find it quite appropriate that Rhornez's avatar pic looks like he's face palming.
