If it's in general, then well... you should start by being friendly with other forumers and maybe supply a list of what you can do to compensate for room/boarding.

i have 2 extra rooms in my home, and ive been REALLY lazy about renting them out....
course then you'd have to deal with living with me...
because SO many ppl have to deal with me IRL :P

Might want to specify if you want to room with a male or female, too. I know it can be uncomfortable for some people to room with people of the opposite gender.
lol when do i move in? haha I've yet to move out myself. I work in livermore but am currently living at home. when were you thinking of moving?? i'm interested but i can't do anything till later this year :(
Yeah any gender is fine, I get along with both evenly. As for when? I wish at this moment. lol So the sooner the better.

yah, but I have a family of 3 living in my master bedroom.
I still have 1 (technically two more rooms) not being used. but I could rent them out any time. ...
as for price. well thats still up for random neogotiation. :P
