What would be the stance on LED lights? I'm planning on wearing this (http://www.thinkgeek.com/product/jhsu/), but I want to make sure if this will be allowed. (The skirt length is shown to be a bit short on the model, but on myself it's actually covering my knees since I'm shorter in height.) Thanks! :)

LED lights will be fine! You should have no problem wearing it as long as it meets the length requirement.

Hi there!! Very late question but what if we have a dress that is higher than the knee but we wear long pants underneath or opaque leggings? Is this alright or no? Please let me know! Thank you!

Leggings are allowed under dresses that adhere to the code. Unfortunately, the rule for skirts is consistent no matter if leggings are worn under or not.

Thank you!
