Change of clothes - I can't come home wearing cosplay either.. >.>

I hope not. Me and my friends are going to Fanime this year (I plan on going every year possible though) and we're still in middle school. The first year I went to Fanime was in 6th grade.. o.o
Fanime is right before my birthday too xD..

Even though I'm really young, people often mistake me as someone a lot older. If you can be mature about whatever, people wont bother about your age (I would assume).

The one thing  I would be picky about is
super over the top dresses. Like frilly bright little things.

Seriously. You'd have to take it to the dry cleaners and everything, and it would take up a lot of space in your wardrobe, not to mention it's very.. Well, lets just say, you wont be able to find many events in which you can wear a loli dress.

I think a full body pic would be good. Do you have any certain tastes in an anime character you'd like to cosplay?

Go for it! My friend and I performed God Knows for a fundraiser concert for our school, and it was a huge hit! (that was the original reason for me making the seifuku XD;;)

Probably, but there are so many vids of various groups dancing that they all start to blur >_>;;

While I was showering one day, I was thinking "A band at our school should play God Knows... >.>" But my school sucks so this year will probably pass by with nothing fun going on ._.

The maid cafe was definitely.. Interesting.. Two maids came by our table (Apparently, one got bored of us.) and she had a one minute small talk session with us. We ate some food (Cake and a sandwich.. Some soda.) and got our picture taken.

Totally worth waiting in line and spending so much money.

Damn regulations +_+..

Personally, I don't like One Peice. I thing the characters are long, goofy, and ugly. So go with the Manji... Just because it's not One Peice >_>;

OT but, I've been meaning to watch Bokura ga Ita. IT'S ON MY LISSSTTT. I got to like, the 3rd ep (Guessing) and just kind of stopped. I tend to do that >.<

It's not the best choice to go with if you won't want a wig, but you can try buying those non permanent hair sprays that changes your hair color if you do end up with a character that doesn't have your natural hair color.
I would suggest getting a non-permanent hair dye that lasts for a week or so.

The girl I'm cosplaying has brown hair, but she's not really cutesy.

If I can think of any other characters, I'll tell you.. Though they might not fit your hair color xP

Qualifying IDs include a drivers license, a state identification (issued by the CA DMV under much the same process of a drivers license, without the privilege of driving), passports, and other IDs issued by a government.

I don't have a drivers license (Too young), so I'll try to bring a passport. The picture taken for the passport hasn't been updated, but I guess you can still tell it's me. Will that be alright?

Edit: I heard it's also possible to get your badge by presenting a voucher? Proof that you paid for the badge and stuff. I got two emails, one when I registered for Fanime, and one after I paid for my full-weekend badge. Do I print out both, or do I HAVE to get a state issued ID?

Photocopies aren't allowed. Since there are a few months left before the con, that's plenty of time to apply and receive a state-issued I.d.

I asked my sister just WHAT a state issued ID was.. She said a school ID, since those are issued BY the state.. So now I'm really confused. So Just what is a state issued ID?
