I have more than a couple acts I'd love to see or see again, so here are my suggestions!

Returning:
- FLOW: Curse little me who went to Fanime and had no idea about FLOW's great music. I'm still disappointed I missed that chance, so I would love to see them return!
-Back-On: Same deal as above. I was there that year, but had no idea about what a great band I chose not to see. -_-

Other Ideas:
- GARNiDELiA: I saw them at Anime Expo this year, and I know they have been to JPOP Summit as well, so they're certainly no stranger to American concerts! They put on a fantastic show, and Maria's vocals and dancing abilities are amazing. I think it'd be a well-loved show.
-angela: Again, Anime Expo. I think I cried the entire setlist. Both Atsuko and Katsu were very charismatic performers, and really hyped up the audience.
-UVERworld: A couple other people have suggested this band, and I wholeheartedly agree! In addition to Blue Exorcist, they also did an opening for Bleach.
-BUMP OF CHICKEN: Do I love their music or do I love their music? I've never quite heard vocals like Fujiwara's, and they've had some pretty prominent anime openings in Kekkai Sensen and Tales of the Abyss among others.
-LiSA: Her songs are rather well known, being featured in animes such as Sword Art Online and Fate/Zero. She's been to Anime Expo previously and has a new album out this year as well. She could also be a good guest as a voice actress, as she did the singing for Yui in Angel Beats!

Long Shots:
-Aqours would be a dream come true. They have a huge fanbase, and did perform at Anime Expo. I'd love to see a full live from them, if at all possible! They're wonderful. I have no idea how hard or easy it would be to book them though.

I just sent an email to them yesterday asking when masquerade sign-ups would be ([email protected]) since they only have the 2016 forms up on the site. So far I've not heard back. It seems like they update/reply to twitter faster, so it may be worth a shot on there. I would tweet and ask myself, but I don't have an account.

Ideas and Suggestions / Re: Guests for Fanimecon 2017

I'm seconding the votes for Reika and Jun Fukuyama. Reika has been to the Bay Area before, and her cosplays are even more amazing in person. As for Jun Fukuyama, with the new season of Code Geass being announced I think it'd be cool to have some sort of VA reunion.

If possible, I also agree with the person who said it'd be cool to get a mangaka to come. Personally, I feel it's an area that Fanime doesn't really excel in, and I think it'd bring a lot to the convention to have one. My personal preference would always be to invite Jun Mochizuki (author of Pandora Hearts) because I really respect her work, but I don't know how popular she'd be.
