Oh yay! I'm able to almost finish my Beat Jumper cosplay. I'm missing a beanie and shoes.

Anyone know where I can find a cheap white beanie? :)

Oh no! I won't be able to attend the picnic :( It's on the same day as my other gathering and I don't how to change into my cosplay (or where to keep my lolita dress actually since I don't have a room)

Maybe Saturday? I have to balance things with the Lolita event at Fairmont hotel. If I can't get my Beat Jumper done in time I won't be able to to come to the gathering.

Well I guess if the picnic is before the panel it kind of goes along smoothly :) Is the panel the same as the previous years? I never got a chance to go to them.

I like that "Name that Anime" idea! :D We could do a similar one with manga too. As for the manga we decided that each week one person can draw a short comic or write a story to contribute to the club. Then we switch off. By the end of the year we'll put it all in a book.

We should do some cosplay sessions even though we aren't really skilled in sewing but I'm sure there's something we can do :)

A Full weekend badge (which is bought by pre-registering) lasts for the whole weekend of Fanime. If you want to buy one-day badges they're bought at Fanime.

I like these ideas and true we're not very bright. Half our members like to spazz but it adds laughter to the meetings. :)

Screenings seem to be the majority and that's already planned for the club. Anime manga and games sounds fun especially if we add Apples to Apples into it. I love the sushi idea but no food allowed in the library. Oh well, there's always outside.

Hi everyone! I'm not sure if this is in the right category...

Anyways, I am the president of my highschool's anime and manga club. We first started out as really exciting and fun but now we're running out of ideas! We've been trying to start a manga since last year but no on cooperates. I don't want to be demanding but it might just be something not everyone is interested.

Anyone have any fun club ideas or activities? :D

Oh that was fast! Yeah I have that problem when I'm at gatherings also. That's why I always make sure to at least bring a friend :D

Do any of you cosplayers carry bags (or purses) with you? Especially the ones that Fanime gives you when you get your badge.
