I just tried to pre-register on the website, but whenever I go through the process, "USER7" would show up under my name on the confirmation page preview box.
Does this matter? Is there any way of getting my fan name?
I entered a 6 letter long fan name, all letters no spaces or numbers or symbols.

I don't think it's an issue. When I registered my group, everyone who had a fan name simply had FANNAME listed where your USER7 is. It's probably just a display error.
from what I've heard everyone gets FANNAME weather they are in a group or registering solo. "USER7" sounds like an anomaly. I would suggest contacting
[email protected] if you are worried about it.
Mine started out as Faname, then changed to user7. I haven't checked to see what it says today.

Also, my name is squished, no space between my first and last names. Is that just a preview error?

Unless you personally did not put in the correct spacing for your name, it is a non-issue. However, if your name is misspelled, you may want to double check what you wrote.
The preview is a simple preview and does not show exactly how it will be shown on the badge.
