Say, I'm wondering how many of us here at Fanime are sports fans.
I sure am! I do like the teams of the Pacific Northwest, though, being from there. I like playing them, as in sports, when I can, which isn't too often....... I love MLB, NHL, and the NFL (the NBA, meh).

I am happy the NHL season is happening now; that darn lockout........ UGH.

I also play fantasy basketball and football (no patience for baseball stats).

Steelers and any team but the 49ers (I even would support the Raiders over the 49ers which is big for me considering my dislike of that team)
Kings (who are soon to be leaving my area for greater areas in the Northwest)
and a tie between Manchester United and Cardiff City for soccer. Though I will support Galaxy on occasion.

I don't like wearing Nike or Puma... I always have been a fan of Adidas- I got hurt though when they supported one of those SOPA(orwahtever) acts...

I just don't like Nike... I forgot my legit reason but w/e... Now I just stick to my combat boots. I wear boots cuz they last longer... all my tennis shoes die within 6 months.

I'm a Nike fan. I used to have pairs of Hyperdunks, but sold them for Air Maxs. Next wanting to get Jordan 2010s. And I do ball in them, not just collect. I also had a set of Nike VR and Nike SQ Sumo golf clubs.

I soooo badly want to go to a giants or niners game with someone. I actually havent been to game. Only tv.
The only games I've ever been to were the SJ Sharks back when i was too young to pay attention and some baseball team near anaheim.
I mentioned several times in the past that there seems to be a sort of 'curse' for the Sharks, that there never has been a Sharks playoff game and any day of FanimeCon on the same day, and the Sharks get eliminated 1-2 days before Day 0, or on Day 0 itself.
If you sports fans want to do an Amici's East Coast Pizza lunch or dinner either Saturday/Sunday then let me know. It's worth it than going to the Maid Cafe and It's classier than dining at McDonald's. So let's meet up.
In other news: The NFL draft starts tonight @4pm (1st round) going into tomorrow and Saturday.

This year's NBA playoffs is really really good. Especially the Memphis-OKC game.

My first day working at Golfsmith; sold A LOT of R1 drivers, got a free employee golf lesson, explained the Callaway iron range and difference between the Ping drivers, fitted someone for clubs, and never got tired. Yeah, I like this job.
