idk if someone already asked this. but when you pre-register can you pay at the convention instead of paying online? like here in las vegas at animevegas, if you preregister before the deadline and you dont want to pay until the day of the con, you can go to the con and still get the prereg discount just because you preregistered. can you do that there? cause theres a 50% chance we might not be able to go, and i dont want to waste $165 dollars on something i cant enjoy cause theres no refunds, lol. so can someone help me out here?

lol srry about all the posts, i just keep thinking of questions to ask. ok, what time would you guys suggest to be in line the day of the concert? cause we were planning on getting there early about like 8am or something, just in case people were already lining up. any ideas?
