Hello! This is my friend here wearing the dress she would like to wear to the ball. She's wondering if the back of her dress is too low? There's about 3 1/2 inches of lacing from the top of the back.

In regards to #5 from the earlier discussion: I have checked with a few other sources and well, if you pick up your badge at CA, then you will get the CA artwork on your badge. If you pick up your badge at Fanime, then you will get Fanime artwork on your badge. If CA runs out of CA badge stock, then they will begin to use Fanime badge stock. So please disregard what I had said before. However, it does run true that if you come on Monday morning and it is not busy, you have a CA badge and we have enough to trade your CA badge to the FC badge, then we will change it for you, but of course that is an IF.

Thank you for following up with my question number 5.  I tried emailing the Clockwork people but never received a response, so this helps a lot.  I will be sure to alert my Fanime members of a badge switch possibility on the last day of the con.

Thank you for answering my questions, you've helped me work out some of the kinks in my planning.  I'll definitely contact the registration for Clockwork and see what they can do. 

1. You will have to pay for each already registered member so for Group Registration, the only time you can actually begin the purchase process is if you have at minimum 5 people already registered. For every new person you register AFTER you have already paid the first time, you can individually pay for them.

2. It will go up for those registered people who have not yet paid. This applies to all unpaid accounts.

4. We look at the individual's convention they clicked BUT pickup location is determined with the group leader. I would suggest that if your friends want CA themed badges, to have the group leader pick the CA pickup location and try to ask the CA registration team to accommodate your request. If you want to ensure that you will be allowed to do this, e-mail registrationATclockworkalchemyDOTcom for extra assurance as I am not able to speak for them. However, they are super nice people and will try accommodate your request if it isn't too crazy. (:

5. SO in regards to #4 and #5 for groups with mixed registrations, we will TRY to have the badges with the expected artwork HOWEVER we cannot guarantee it. With Fanime being less flexible (we will have a longer line than CA and we want the line to move fast for everyone), we will most likely be printing ALL artwork badges with Fanime artwork all badges picked up at Fanime (SJCC) unless you come to pick up your badge at time where it is not busy and we have available staff and resources to do so. Additionally, if on Monday morning you want to switch your artwork from CA/FC and vice versa, let us know. If we have extra and we have time, we will let you trade your badge from FA/CA.

tl;dr FC/CA artwork badges: FC will probably just be giving out FC-artwork badges unless we aren't busy and have resources to switch. CA might be more flexible but you will need to check with them.

[First Question:]

So, I understand that I need a "core" group of 5 people for the initial group registration and that to get the $55 price for membership I'd have to pay before March 1st.

First Question:  Do I have to pay for all 5 memberships at once or can I pay in installments (i.e. 1 or 2 persons at a time)?

Second Question:  IF I can pay in installments, let's say I forget to pay for one person and it's after March 1st, would the price go up for just that one person? Or would it affect the collective group?

Third Question:  Let's say I did register my "core" group and paid for all 5 members before March 1st, if I add another person after that deadline, they would have to pay at the $65 price tier, correct?

Fourth Question:  I understand that as group leader, I can choose to pick up my group's badges at one of two locations: Fanime or Clockwork.  And that there is no actual difference between the badges except for design.  Now let's say that half the group wants to register for Fanime for the Fanime themed badges while the other half wants to register for Clockwork for the Clockwork themed badges.  Is this something I can do when I register my group or is the entire group's badge design dependent on the group leader?

Fifth Question:  IF the entire group's badge design is dependent on the group leader, is it dependent on where the badges are picked up or can I pick up Fanime Badges at the Clockwork location (or vice versa)?
