I've got some rules up for this event that I wanted to inform everyone on.

The deadline for people to submit their work will depend on how much work gets submitted. So depending on the amount of submissions, the deadline will be at least 4 hours before the contest starts. Also, when we organize submissions, we'll have them put into separate categories, so it'll be a lot easier to locate certain kinds of work. If a small amount of work gets submitted, then we'll have at least most of the work get featured, but if a large amount of material gets submitted, it'd be a good idea for volunteers to help select submissions that would be best to use for the contest.

I'll have some disclaimers posted in the near future. If anyone would like to volunteer for this or submit a drawing for it, send me a PM or e-mail me at [email protected]

I've scheduled a tentative time for it for 2:30 on Sunday at the fountain.

That's cool. It'll be cool to see how that costume turns out. I look forward to wearing my Judas costume as well and I've recently made some good progress with it.

I just purchased more stuff for the costume today and I should have it finished before the week's over. When I get it completed, I'll show a picture.

I also wanted to mention, that it'd be great if at least a few of you could attend Story Story Die on Friday. I've always wanted to do a Story Story Die game about Tales characters.

I now have the cape made with a pair of pants to wear.

I recently found out that someone else has scheduled a Tales gathering and they'll post the time for it.
I have a time for the general RPG character gathering as well.

I love Tales and have a Lloyd Irving Costume =D

One thing you could do stick your hair in the back of your shirt. I cosplayed as Lloyd a few years ago and did that. Another thing that you could do is stick your hair in a hairnet and get a wig that resembles Lloyd's hair.

B_H: That's awesome that some other people are cosplaying as Legendia characters as well. Now I'm even more excited about this gathering.

OMG. I had no idea that a topic about this had already been posted. I posted a topic about doing this a few weeks ago. That's good that you have a date for it planned. It was one of my favorite moments at the con last year and I'm really excited about doing it again this year. I was the one dressed as Zelos and this year, I plan to cosplay as Judas from Tales of Destiny 2.
I hope we get a bigger group as well. It'd be great to see how many Tales fans we can get together.
And that's awesome that you plan on cosplaying as Grune. I've never seen a cosplayer of a Legendia character before and I look forward to seeing how your costume turns out.

I wanted to tell everyone about a panel that I plan on holding at Fanime for the first time that I think a lot of you will like. It's called The Anime List.
Here's a description of it:
Ever wanted to decide once and for all the best of the biggest anime subjects? If so, come join a collaborative discussion game where people will list their favorite choices of an anime subject and after that, the audience will vote for their favorite. So if you'd like to make a statement for a big anime subject, whether it's best-looking anime character, greatest anime series, best voice actor (along with many other subjects), The Anime List is for you.

It would rock if a lot of you could attend it. I hosted it at last year's Sakura Con and it went over very well with the people who attended.

Some of the subjects that I plan to discuss are:
Character that provides the best angry moments
Best dub
Best musical score
Best ending
Most overrated anime series
Best dressed character
Best hair
Two anime characters you'd like to see get together
Best comedy series
Best cast of characters

I've got a couple of gatherings I want to schedule. I haven't found a time for them yet, but the ones I want to schedule are a general RPG character gathering and a gathering for Tales characters.
