Please see the first post for the most recent news on the Cosplayer Gatherings Department. There is stuff for the returning organizers to know, info on changes to both the Cosplayer Gatherings, Gatherints Table and to the Cosplayer Hangout.
Staff application process is NOW OPEN... see info on first post.

Hey B, got a question:
How do you plan on getting around the construction and the reduced space for cosplay gatherings? The right side that's closed off had some gatherings, especially some of the larger gatherings like Hetalia.

Fanime and CDG are paying close attention to the destruction/construction in the area. Don't worry about it for now. Like I said in my first post... Let's see where they are in January before we worry about too much. Besides, I am more worried about our large events that were happening in the walkway then the fountain area. The odds are good that the fountain area will be ok.

Again... for those that were having planning on a tea party/picnic type event with their gatherings I would like a PM on the # that attended your event last year (not the gathering itself) so that I can work on a room for those events to be held in. BE WARNED Ahead of time though... If I can pull this off there may be some specifics in order to use it but it is safe to say that I will try very hard to have our collective back on the room requirements.

well i'm not in AZ anymore so driving from reno will be fast then coming from northwest AZ any day.....i think it ads 2 hours travel time, but i think that's about it.

For everyone else out there... still looking for staff, fine tuning our CH events so that we can put up offical word and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!
