There's many steps that are taken into running an effective cosplay gathering, whether you're running a small gathering from an obscure series or a huge gathering from a well-known series.
Would this be a good panel to hold that would offer tips and advice?

I would be interested in attending such a panel.  I've been to many gatherings, some really well handled, and some not as organized.
