I met him after that while he was leading people into the An Cafe Q&A which was really fun. He did seem like a nice guy, I'm just not used to people using force...but hey it's all good. It's probably cause I'm uber drained right now that I didn't think if the whole crowd thing but yea...good point. ROFL!!

The FMA didn't even look like him when I saw him later...kinda funny really. Oh well, I'm sorry Jerry!! *penguin hug*

Yup. that was me. Sorry about that. I honestly dont remember the whole situation but I apologize if I 'forced' any un-intentional contact. The only thing I could think of if  you were running towards my direction I could have made contact to avoid you running/crashing into me or the line. General Safety conerns and stuff. :P
If you want to help with staff and controlling monsterous lines, then think about joining staff next year. Kudos for peeping up the crowd, but running up and down still needs to be safe rather than sorry.

Again my bad, Since I was the only person taking care of the line (things got a bit crazy at times), and i was probably stressed and drained by the last day of the Q&A An Cafe life.

"Oh THATS who An Cafe is...?" *stares at poster* O_O

Hah...it's fine. Don't worry about it, well I'm sure you arne't, but yea...it would be pretty fun to be on staff. I'll see what goes down and what not. I'll message some people and ask them how it feels to be a staff memeber and what not.

Punkbuster

I hated how the An Cafe tickets were only being released from the box office for a few hours every day. I never bothered since I was NOT going to stand in that line for tickets.

I agree w/ the whole camera issue.  People got in line a couple hours before the event, it woulda been nice if some notice was given.  It sucks that you got kicked out.

Punkbuster--it was all about getting in line at the right time.  And compared with the prereg line or even the concert itself, the line for tickets was puny and a joke.  I got mine early Sunday morning and I waited at most 10 minutes.  Then, about 1.5 hours before the concert, these tickets were being given away for free at Stage Zero (announced throughout the con, but I heard it in the dealers room).

Thisiskat--when doing cosplay, make it clear and straight forward.  People don't like guess what anime you're from.  Sometimes, people don't even recognize that you're cosplaying.  For example, one year I dressed up as a "chunnin" from Naruto.  But it was heavily passed upon by congoers for the fact that I was not an actual "important" character.  Compare that with your school girl outfit, I can see why people didn't recognize it.  Sorry that it happened, choose something more obvious next year.

not getting enough info about the an cafe autograph session and only handing out 100 tixs
the most dissapointing things anything involving getting autographs from guests of honors required a ticket  >:(
the peace bonding scratched off A LOT of paint of my yuna wand
a staff memeber being rude to me for standing a few inches away from my seat during the an cafe Q & A session saying its my last warning

considering its my 1st time coming im a bit dissapointed

Wearing high heels to the black and white ball. After ten minutes of being at the black n' white ball I took off my shoes and and took a walk around the convention center with my friends. We ended up scoring free An Cafe tickets! :D I LOVE YOU MIKU!! *dies*

Lelouche, I LOVES YOU!

Everyone was complaining about cameras over the weekend...not just at An Cafe, but at the GAINAX Reception on Sunday. I was next to a someone who was video recording the whole event; someone (probably someone connected to GAINAX) told that person to turn off the camera since video wasn't allowed.

I would like to thank that same person for allowing me to use their tripod to set my digital camera. I got some really nice steady shots from the event.

Your information is incorrect. Only certain staff were allowed to be near An Cafe, period. Not even all of MusicFest staff were allowed to have dinner with them. It was not an open staff event.

That is true, very few staff were allowed near them and even fewer staff knew where they were staying.

Where were they staying? Or is that still a secret?

The unfair thing? Kalen and Arthur- I mean, Auntie SnugglyHuggerMugger and Uncle SnugglyHibiscusPoo refused to take a picture together as wife and hubby. ):
Or rather, Kalen- Auntie SnugglyHuggerMugger passed his badge to Jon to take a picture instead. D:< Badges are non-transferable!
( If you saw an adult walking around with a child's pass with funky name on it e.g. Mr. SnugglyCutiePoo, you know what I mean.)

But as long as I can add to the Snuggly- family, I'm happy.

You know, I would have hated to break up the family so early!  That and AuntieSnugglyHuggerMugger (that wasn't even the name!) is rather photo-shy.

Lemme try and guess what happened. There was a non-refundable catered meal ordered, and because Fanime staff does not believe in the concept of "wasting food", Tony casually called up some good FanimeCon staffer friends, families, etc. to share the food(or love as the French call it. lol), but there wasn't enough food left to make it an open staff event, so it was more of a causal but private dining experience holy nirvana thing between yourselves and your pals.

(You don't have to answer that if you'd rather not btw. I'll understand)

Hey guys!

Most if not all the departments have their own feedback threads. If you want to note constructive stuff, look for the appropriate thread. If you want to complain, here's the place to be. Placing your comment in the appropriate thread will ensure the staff can fix it next year.

Your hypothesis is also incorrect. Please do not infer that we were trying to exclude staff just because. The band had to eat so certain staff were asked to join them as guides, but also as guards in case anything untoward happened. Again, Tony didn't pick these people willy nilly. He specifically asked certain staff to accompany the band for their safety.
