Pirates vs Ninjas Gathering 2011

I checked the gatherings list and the time scheduled is correct. When I scheduled the time I had forgotten about the poll. Im sorry but I had chose 12 pm because its in between both the Naruto and One Piece gatherings. I didn't do after the Naruto gathering because I wasn't sure if it would conflict with the Naruto Picnic.

Last year I was Space Ninja....this year...I don't look very Ninja-ish. lol  I dunno where my allegence ran off too.  :-[ But I am leaning towards *le gasp* Pirate.

Although I look more like I came right out of Mad Max Beyond the Thunderdome/Tank Girl.  ;D

1) Is there a Cosplayer Event/CE to go with this gathering?

2) If I bring a set for Liar's Dice (what they play in the second Pirates of the Caribbean film), would anyone be interested in playing? XD
Or there could be two-four pirates playing the game ... and we could take a photo of a band of ninjas running forward to crash it? >_>

I'd be interested in playing Liar's Dice, although time is an issue for me. Still, I can join in for a few rounds, and if it's just for posing, I'm also good with it.

I'm also dragging along my friend who's cosplaying as Zoro (also from One Piece) so I'll try to get him to join us for a round as well.

Oh definately!!! I haven't gotten to play the game since I got it. (In November for my bday)
I used to play something similar with the family that involved leather bound cups and dice. But that was a looooong time ago. I may eventually remember when I get to playing.  :D

Mine are the POTC themed cups and dice game thingy. (Cuz I am such a nerd and HAD to have that set) Gramma doesn't want me to bring the real leather "cups" and the wood dice.

IMO The leather and wooden dice makes for better rolling of the dice. But I'll get shot if I take the good set. lol
