I have updated the first post to reflect the time changes & included the info for the chess game. The task now is to fill all the pieces for the board & I would strongly suggest 6 alternate people (at least) for each side in case you need to put them in. (people run late or things happen where they don't show up) Please update the info on all other threads concerning the gathering and the Cosplayer Event. The event threads need the Fanime Photo Disclaimer posted on both too (1st post of each)

Anyways I have a question for you all. My boyfriend will be Cosplaying Suzaku with my Luluko but he had a beard.  He's willing to shave it for me (Thats so nice) to look like Suzaku.  I feel sort of bad so thought maybe I would just have him shave it for the gathering.  so how weird do you think it would be to see a bearded Suzaku walking around the con before that?

Oh I wasnt sure if I was the Queen piece.  I thought someone said C.C. should be it.  Anyways It depends on how long.  I have a art table to run and dont want tot leave my friend alone forever.
