How do you determine who is to be a judge?

err wait I thought you were talking about WHO to judge... but actually everybody judges it's just the announcers who say what it is practically

like this kind of situation:

Kallen Strikes Black Star - everybody "OOH hahaha lol" and stuff, and if it really gives out the "OOH" factor then us "Judges" (me and Knight of Infinity) will give them the award... having it "determined" by us!

Officially its sunday at 12:30 at the Hilton side fountains if im not mistaken, but we are to meet up around 12 for attendance and to get things started smoother.

@ Konata - hey shouldnt the title be updated too? cuz it still says *updated 5/8* and it was updated very recently right? just saying cuz it might attract more attendees.

P.S. my Lappy(laptop) is suddenly having problems, i think my hard drive is failing T~T but i can still get those games made. If i have any other problems that might stop me ill post to here immediately. ^~^
