We have yet to get the industry reg up. Please be patient. There will probably be an announcement on the main page when that time comes around.

A press badge will serve as your convention badge.

1) No, you won't be able to register for a professional membership until the Professional Registration page gets put up. Please remember that the press badge qualifications will be changed for FanimeCon 2009 (more strict, but still fair).
2) If you get approved for a professional membership, that will be your 'badge'/'pass' into FanimeCon. :)
