well the latest I think is 12pm or 1pm but its just a guess but check in with the Black and white ball thread

Thank you I'll go do that. to be honest I been around the gatherings but never was part of one so this year shall be fun and new and hopefully my fiancee will love this year too. only two in a half months to go I think even though I have allot of cosplay to do I'm excited about this year.

ok that's a very good question, hmm ok I'm thinking 30 minutes before the black and white ball. or maybe changing the area because some of the cosplayers will be wearing dresses and it will be very cold and I wouldn't like any complaints, so I'am trying to make sure that everyone is comfortable. but Its up to anyone about the time. I'll be checking up on the gathering place because I'm really not sure about the gathering area

Well I was going to get there earlier to get a good spot on line. Maybe 40 minutes?  I am not sure if we are allowed to save spots, but if we are I would love to save a spot for everyone :). And as long as some of the attendees outfits or hair is somewhat recognizable we should be good ^_^ (it would be funny if we brought a sign though lol). And what did you mean by getting cold? Isn't the line for the ball inside the convention center?

Well a sign would be very nice idea, and the meeting  place would be out side near the Fountain Marriot side, and there might be a bigger place for the ball. and help with a specfic time thanks.

and if you guys would like your pictures taken in formal but I would really like to get group photos before we go to actual gathering

and If anyone would like to establish a meeting time

hmm ...well IDK because we don't have an actual gathering time but the gathering is on the day of The black and white ball so I will be checking in with the time(but its really difficult) I was thinking some time around 8:00pm  or 8:30pm, yeah thats what I'm thinking of but If anyone disagrees yeah I will find a way.

For my formal Gaara outfit what do you guys think: red shirt with black tie or black shirt with red tie. My tux is black. Or do you guys have any other suggestions?

The black on black with the splash or red hair and tie would look totally badass. The red shirt i think should be worn without the jacket and just with the tie. In my imagination the red shirt with the black jacket doesn't fit Well that's my view.

hey everyone we need an official time, and the poll for our gathering time will close in two weeks starting on march 13th friday and it will end on the 27th of March
