Scavanger hunt help/participation

I want to host a Scavenger Hunt even at fanime but I need people to be found, like certain characters
I need one more person to help me (so that it can happen), and I need people to participate in the even so if you would like to see this happen please post here http://forums.fanime.com/index.php/topic,11090.new.html#new
and support this Idea!
also should there be a fee? like a dollar per person or 5 dollars a team?

Uhm... I don't believe you are allowed to collect fee's.

I posted in your other thread, but make sure you message Eric (Ewu on the forums) and ask about the feasibility and details of this event. He will give you more concrete steps of what to do next.

And yeah, you shouldn't be charging a fee. If you get it approved and run it through Fanime then the money for prizes, etc. will come out of the main budget.

But just contact Ewu. He'll know what to do.
