Losing? That's assuming that they've had it in recent times. I think that you should go for the past tense there instead.

Of course, considering that they found people willing and able to pay for tickets to films like the Garfield movies, it might be understandable that they're under the impression that they don't really need it. Sucker born every minute and all that.

yah, something about hollywood writers pulling on cartoons to make them live action so they have an excuse to make a movie.
